Return Eligibility:

Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all included accessories. Exceptions: Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

Initiating a Return:
Contact Us: Contact our customer service team within 2 to 10 days of receiving your order. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number: Our customer service team will provide you with an RA number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
Ship the Return:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible).
Include the original invoice or packing slip with the RA number clearly written on it.
Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
Use a trackable shipping method and insure the package for the full value of the merchandise.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 2 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to that card account. If you paid by PayPal, the refund will be issued to your PayPal account.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping.
Please provide photos of the damaged item as evidence.
